Compassionate support through life's most meaningful transitions.

Laya Women’s Therapy offers individual and couples therapy virtually throughout California, with in-person sessions in Redondo Beach.

Laya (LAH-yah) is a Filipino word for freedom, the kind that is felt more than declared. It's the release of heaviness, the exhale, and the realization that you were never meant to carry all of this alone.

Life doesn’t always unfold the way we imagined.

Even the transitions we hoped for can bring grief, overwhelm, uncertainty, or loneliness in ways we never expected. Many of the clients I work with are used to holding it all together and showing up fully for everyone else, while quietly carrying anxiety, burnout, grief, the weight of a painful experience, or the uncertainty of a major life change. These seasons can be meaningful, but they can also feel complicated and heavy.

Here, at Laya Women’s Therapy, therapy goes beyond symptom relief. It is a space to better understand yourself and your relationships, and reconnect with what matters most so you can feel more grounded in who you are.
